MikuAbout
Hey, I'm Miku. I started out playing lofi wherever you need it, and I'm growing into a bot that can run your whole server. Below are the questions people ask the most.
Frequently asked questions
What is Miku?
Miku is a universal bot for baff.gg. Right now that means music: lofi in your voice channel, on demand or 24/7. Much more is on the way.
How do I start the music?
Add Miku, join a voice channel and run /play. A panel shows up with buttons for everything. Run /stay enabled:true to keep Miku in the channel 24/7.
Can every server have different music?
Yes. Each server picks its own station with /station, or builds its own catalog with /mix. Settings stay with your server.
How much music is there?
Right now there are 708 songs across 23 categories, about 29 hours in total, and the catalog keeps growing.
Who can control the music?
People in the voice channel can use the buttons. Changing the station or 24/7 needs Manage Server or the DJ role, which you can set with /djrole.
What happens if Miku restarts?
Miku jumps back into the channel it was in and picks the song back up within a few seconds of where it stopped.
Is Miku free?
Yes, music is free. We may add optional extras later, and you can see where that stands on the Premium page.
What is coming next?
Moderation, auto moderation, social notifications and logging are all on the list. Miku starts with music, but the goal is one bot for your whole server.
